Here is a smoothie recipe that I created for you all. I hope you all like it!
Ingredients:
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 apple
1/2 carrot
2 kale leaves
1 whole banana
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
(if you want you could add 1/4 beet)
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. If you want you can add the beet to your smoothie.
